John Daniel Davidson, senior editor for the Federalist, has just put forth a book entitled, Pagan America, the Decline of Christianity and the Dark Age to Come.   In this he explains the Christian worldview and the ensuing crisis.  It is helpful to both look at the points he addresses and any Biblical truth he neglects.

What makes someone an enemy of God?   What does a person have to do, or think, or believe to become God’s enemy?  The Bible defines the enemies of God as those who refuse to live under God’s authority, and hence, under His moral law.  In this, America and Americans have made themselves the enemies of God, whether they realize it or not.

With the recent pro-Hamas protests on college campuses, it is time to once again look at the evil of protesting.   Christians are to change the culture by doing good, not by noise, obstruction, violence, or intimidation.  Not only is the ideology of these protests in error, as a consequence, so also the methods.   As we read in Psalm 39, “Surely they make an uproar for nothing.”

In this week’s program, I begin by address the appearance of antisemitism in Evangelicalism. I see, any new antipathy toward the Jews as a reaction against unthinking, slavish, support for Israel being preached in Evangelical church for the last 75 years; whereas Evangelical leaders should have provided some caveats and provisos concerning support for Israel.  The paradoxical attitude Christians ought to have toward the Jews is summed up in Paul’s words, “From the standpoint of the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but from the standpoint of God’s choice they are beloved for the sake of the fathers.”  I conclude the video by explaining the rise of Antisemitism on collage campuses coming both from Islamic and Marxist students.

Producer Martin Durkin has a new anti-climate change  documentary called Climate – The Cold Truth.  In this program, I explain why Christians need to oppose the climate change narrative as being a both a religious falsehood and a scientific lie.   I then summarize the documentary and give three spiritual lessons we can learn from Climate Alarmism.

648 (Video 301 Audio) Arizona Prolife Absolutism or Incrementalism?

With the Arizona Supreme Court upholding the state’s 1864 anti-abortion law, this puts conservative politicians in a moral dilemma.  The people of Arizona will not stand for a complete abortion ban, but if Conservatives don’t legislate some allowance for abortions, the Left will be able to pass unrestricted abortion.   Should a Christian legislator permit evil in order to prevent greater evils?   This is a moral question that requires some serious Biblical discernment.
